Compact Outdoor XUPS Series

TSi’s Compact Outdoor XUPS Series is our most popular product line. It provides full featured Outdoor XUPS power in a small enclosure without additional “hotel” space.
The Compact Outdoor XUPS features a padlock hasp, pole or wall mounting options, and TSi’s standard robust 5052 aluminum enclosure rain tested to UL-50E.
Like all other Outdoor XUPS products, the Compact series is ruggedly designed and built to handle the extremes of temperature and climate. It is available in all major world voltages and frequencies, with output power ranging from 600 to 1500 VA.

Standard Outdoor XUPS Series

The Standard Outdoor XUPS Series provides the most needed features coupled with impressive flexibility in an economical, easy to install package. Larger than our Compact Series but smaller than our LARGE series, the Standard Series is “just right”.
All models come with two different battery options which can be changed in the field, “hotel” space for installation of customer equipment, padlock hasps, and may be pole, wall, or pad mounted. Optional features include key locks, specialized access options such as tamper switches or Bellcore latches, internal “convenience” outlets, special paint colors, and more.
As with all of TSi Power’s superb Outdoor XUPS products, the Standard Series is ruggedly designed and built to handle extremes of temperature and climate. All models are available all major world voltages and frequencies.

Telecom Outdoor XUPS Series

TSi’s Telecom Outdoor XUPS series is specifically designed for telecom pole-mounting applications, but can be used for any outdoor backup power application where ease of access is paramount.
Our Telecom Outdoor XUPS series features a slim form factor to better blend in with poles, dual access doors to simplify maintenance, and an external circuit breaker to allow a linesman to safely power off the unit prior to accessing the cabinet.
The Telecom Outdoor XUPS series is available in all major worldwide voltage and frequency configurations, and like all Outdoor XUPS products is ruggedly designed and built to weather the extremes of climate and temperature to keep your critical equipment running.

LARGE Outdoor XUPS Series

The *LARGE* Outdoor XUPS 0760 and 0780 series are ideal for applications requiring long backup times. They are available in power ratings of 600, 1000, 1500, 2200, and 3000VA (230 V only for 3 kVA). The 0760 series is configured with four 73.4Ah batteries, and the massive 0780 series is configured with four 97.6Ah batteries. Despite their vast capacity, all units may be pole, wall, or pad mounted. These long backup time units are ideal for traffic signal, gate operation, and any other applications requiring long backup times.
Like all other TSi Power Outdoor XUPS products, the LARGE 0760 and 0780 series is designed and listed to appropriate safety standards are weather-proof—capable of withstanding extremes of temperature and climate.
Standard models are available for 115V, 60Hz and 230V, 50Hz. Other voltage & frequency options are available upon request.

Outdoor XUPS-600/1000/1500/2200/3000 A/B HV Models, 230 V Input

Ideal for security and industrial applications requiring 230 V input, this line of XUPS has an aluminum UL 50E rain tested gray enclosure and can be both pad and pole mounted. To ensure maximum batter capacity, a battery heater is recommended for colder climates. Rated for -40° to 50° C ambient.

Other Outdoor XUPS, 120 V Input

Suitable for security and industrial applications, this XUPS line has an aluminum UL 50E rain tested gray enclosure and can be both pad and pole mounted. The outdoor XUPS is safety listed to both US and Canadian standards: UL 1778 Ed: 4, CSA C22.2 #107.3, UL 60950-1, UL 60950-22, CSA C22.2 #60950-22. (60950-22 is the new demanding standard for outdoor enclosures.)
To ensure maximum battery capacity, a battery heater is recommended for colder climates. Rated for -40° to 50° C ambient.

Mounting Brackets

TSi Power’s outdoor mounting bracket series enables the UPS enclosures to be easily mounted against a wall, a pole or a pad. We will attach the mounting bracket(s) at the factory prior to shipping, when mounting options are required. Our various mounting configuration options provide the utmost flexibility and product performance.

Outdoor UPS Cabinet Heater

To prevent the negative effects of cold temperatures on the performance of power equipment, such as the UPS, in outdoor environment, TSi Power offers two product options. One is for heaters to raise the ambient temperature of the inside of the cabinet, while the other provides for heating the batteries. Cabinet heaters are available in power ratings of 150 W or 300 W for 120 V or 230 V versions and consist of a combination heater / heat sink and blower fan assembly that circulates the hot air in the cabinet.

Outdoor UPS Battery Heater

To prevent the negative effects of cold temperatures on the performance of power equipment, such as the UPS, in outdoor environment, TSi Power offers two product options. One is for heaters to raise the ambient temperature of the inside of the cabinet, while the other provides for heating the batteries. Battery heaters are available in 35 W and 70 W outputs at 120 V and 230 V and available in both individual units or two units attached together for larger batteries.
